Terms of Service and Usage Agreement
Effective April 11, 2008.
We (Landing Page Composer and it's moderators, support staff) reserve the right to:
- Deny access to any one, at any time, to any portion of our website, for any reasonable application.
- Cancel your account, without notice, and refund your monthly fee.
- Discontinue our services or bring our services offline at any time, while providing refunds to all current customers
- Make any changes to this policy, or our privacy policy.
- Change our prices and release new products at any time.

Our official return policy for all Landing Page Composer software products is as follows:
We will, at our discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within seven (7) from the date of purchase. For recurring billing products, we will, at our discretion refund one (1) monthly payment before one week of service and if no downloads have taken place. Otherwise, all sales are final.
